If registration has not been paid in full, or other arrangements made with Administration, 48 hours prior to the start of the program, the player will be placed on a waiting list until their registration has been paid in full.
Mustang Lacrosse structures its programming to be as affordable as possible for its families. As the season approaches some expenses become unrecoverable. Registered players who withdraw from the 2023 sessions will not receive a refund.
Medical withdrawals will be given partial refunds if submitted in writing to info@mustanglacrosse.ca and supported by the signature of a physician.
WEATHER CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS
Lightning
The decision to close the fields due to lightning could be made by the City of Calgary by 3pm practice day. Mustang Lacrosse will do its best to reschedule the missed time as soon as possible. If not possible, no refunds will be provided.*
The decision to suspend practice mid-way due to lightning will be made by the Administration and Head Coaches on-site at the time. Practices will be suspended when the “flash-to-bang” count for lightning reaches no less than 30 seconds. Players may return to the field no sooner than 30 minutes after the last visible lightening flash or sound of thunder. The decision to resume play will be made by the on-site Administration and Head Coaches. Mustang Lacrosse will do its best to reschedule the missed time as soon as possible. If not possible, no refunds will be provided.
Rain, Hail or Snow
The decision to close the fields due to inclement weather could be made by the City of Calgary by 3pm practice day. Mustang Lacrosse will do its best to reschedule the missed time as soon as possible. If not possible, no refunds will be provided.*
